We offer a 60 day return policy for our brewers, allowing you plenty of time to ensure that everything is just right. If you decide to return your brewer for any reason, please contact our customer care team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with a RMA number and return instructions. The RMA is required for returns. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Product must be shipped back in the original packaging and in original condition. Upon receiving the return instructions, please return it for a full refund of the original purchase price. However, please note that we reserve the right to charge a restocking or repackaging fee for damaged product or missing items. Exchanges may be offered at our discretion. Your credit typically will be processed within 10-14 business days after receipt of your return and will post to the credit card used to make the purchase.
