If you decide to cancel your Bruvi Bundle Pre-Order for any reason, please contact us with your order number. Your refund request will typically be processed within 10-14 business days and credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Once we begin shipping pre-orders, your purchase will be covered by our standard return policy.
