You would be amazed how many times it's a matter of the wrong password. Please check that first.
- You can click the eye symbol next to your password to view it in plain text. There is no risk in doing this.
- Make sure the Wi-Fi icon on the brewer is still blinking green. If that turns white, you'll have to start again.
- Next check that your phone is on your usual Wi-Fi network. If it says something like "SL-Bruvi-", that means you're still on the brewer hotspot, even though it failed. Please switch to your regular phone Wi-Fi and start again.
