Can I change an order I just placed?

Yes, if you act quickly. We offer a 30 minute window where you can change or cancel an order. So if you want to switch brewer color, change out or add a box of B-Pods, or update your address, you can do so in that 30 minute window. Once that window has closed, however, we're not able to make changes. To access this option, please refer to the "thank you for your order" page on our website or the order confirmation email.

Also note that the 30 minute window doesn't apply to Auto Delivery orders as those process overnight.
