Bruvi® brewers include a precision heater that rapidly heats, provides consistent temperature and cools quickly to 120°F for cold brewing. You may know that signature cold brew flavor really starts to come out below 170°F because hotter water extracts acidity. No other single-serve brewer can safely brew at that low of a temperature. When you select the cold brew button on the touch screen, Bruvi adjusts the parameters for cold brewing, and in about 8 minutes, you'll have a smooth and delicious cold brewed coffee. You can then add ice and enjoy!
