What is the difference between brewed coffee and low acid coffee?

When brewing coffee, Bruvi® uses hot water in both the main brewing phase and during the water bypass phase. But for low acid coffee, Bruvi uses cooler water during the brewing phase to reduce the amount of acidity extracted from the coffee, then reverts to hot water for the bypass phase. Low acid coffee may be easier on the digestive system for people who are sensitive to acidic foods and beverages.
