The drip tray can be removed either by itself or together with the pod waste bin.
To remove the drip tray only, lift and pull it away from the base of the brewer.
Return the drip tray to the base by positioning the hook near the bottom latch opening and allow the magnet to reinsert the hook onto the latch.
Rinse the tray and tray cover (or handwash with mild dish soap) and then replace.
The drip tray cover should be inserted with the point of the cut out drop shape pointing to the hook of the drip tray.
