The BV-01 brewer offers rapid and precise heating. The brewer heats in about 5 seconds and provides consistent temperature during brewing. Multiple sensors ensure temperature control within +/- 1 degree. Additionally, the heater allows Bruvi to rapidly adjust the temperature for making cold brew and offers a high altitude setting.
