Yes, we developed the Joyride Original Cold Brew B-Pod for brewing versatility. That means you can enjoy it as a crisp, delicious cold brew or an equally delicious hot cup of coffee. Here's how:
1. When you insert a Joyride B-Pod into your brewer, the default settings on your touchscreen will be for cold brew. You'll see the Cold Brew, Stronger and 6oz buttons highlighted. Just press Start to begin brewing. (We recommend adding ice after brewing to chill further.)
2. If you want to brew hot: press the Cold Brew button to de-select it. The touchscreen will then change to highlight the Coffee Button. We recommend keeping the Stronger button on but if you'd like to change the cup size, just press the button for your preferred option.
Note that using the Stronger button will result in a brew that is about 10% less than the stated cup size.
Caution: Do not brew directly into a glass cup with ice cubes.
