Unopened boxes of B-Pods can be returned up to 30 days from purchase at bruvi.com. We cannot accept returns of opened boxes or individual B-Pods. If you believe you have received defective pods, please contact us. To return B-Pods, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and details about the product in question. We will respond promptly with a RMA and the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping. Credits will typically be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of your return and will post to the credit card used to make the purchase. This policy applies to purchases made on bruvi.com. Purchases from Amazon or other retail website must be returned to that site.
