Products ordered and shipped to you from bruvi.com as a gift may be returned for a credit to the original form of payment within our 60 day return period. Note that we only accept returns and exchanges of Bruvi B-Pods® in the event of a defective product. If you decide to return your gift, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number on the gift receipt and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with a RMA number and return instructions. We require a RMA number. Products must be shipped back in the original packaging and original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to charge a restocking or repackaging fee for damaged product or any missing items. Credits will typically be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of your return and will post to the credit card used to make the purchase. This policy applies to purchases made on bruvi.com.
