Most likely, the brewer's gripper mechanism has gotten stuck so it isn't properly grabbing the B-Pod. Here's how to fix it. Please use caution to avoid the needle because it is very sharp.
- Tap the gripper to help it loosen. You should be able to get the gripper to go in and out.
- Next, clean the area around the gripper to loosen any sticky residue. Place a bowl under the brew chamber. Lift the handle and pour hot water inside the entire brew chamber area where you insert the B-pod. Be sure to pour over both sides.
- If needed, you can also use a spare toothbrush to gently scrub the area around the grippers to loosen any remaining residue.
